El día de ayer Deadline compartió una primicia. Según sus fuentes privadas, se enteraron que ya se ha elegido a la intérprete principal para protagonizar la próxima serie de Disney+, ‘She-Hulk’. Se trata de la actriz Tatiana Maslany, estrella de ‘Orphan Black’ y ‘Perry Mason’.
La confirmación de la noticia la ha dado el mismo actor que interpreta a Hulk en el Universo Cinematográfico de Marvel, Mark Ruffalo, quien en su cuenta de Twitter le dio una bienvenida oficial a Maslany con un caluroso mensaje que dice «Bienvenida a la familia».
La serie de ‘She-Hulk’ es solo otro ejemplo del intento de diversidad de Marvel Studios, con el cual se había comprometido su presidente Kevin Feige justo antes de que Brie Larson fuera la primera protagonista femenina de una película de superhéroes del MCU (‘Captain Marvel’). Ahora también está por salir la película en solitario de ‘Black Widow’, estelarizada por Scarlett Johansson.
El personaje de Hulk femenina fue uno de los últimos cocreados por el fallecido Stan Lee y cuenta la historia de Jennifer Walters, abogada y prima de Bruce Banner.
