Aparentemente, el culto se presentaba como un grupo de orientación femenina bajo el nombre de Dominus Obsequious Sororium. No obstante, en realidad se trataba de una red de esclavitud en donde las chicas que alcanzaban el nivel más alto reclutaban a otras víctimas, buscaban información vergonzosa sobre ellas para chantajearlas y luego las obligaban a servir a Raniere en actividades que incluían prácticas sexuales.

Al parecer, Allison fue reclutada por la también actriz de Smallville, Kristin Kreuk. Dado su estatus de celebridad, Mack subió muy rápidamente en la jerarquía del culto hasta convertirse en la esclava principal y la mayor reclutadora del grupo. Kreuk, según indica, se salió de la agrupación al poco tiempo de introducir a Mack. La actriz asegura que su participación le ayudó a vencer la timidez y que su vinculación con el culto, y con la búsqueda de nuevas esclavas, no fue tan significativa como la de Allison.
