El misterio ha sido revelado y el Nintendo Direct de hoy 16 de enero confirmó a Byleth de ‘Fire Emblem: Three Houses’ como el quinto y último personaje disponible en el Fighter Pass de ‘Super Smash Bros. Ultimate’. La trasmisión duró tan solo 35 minutos y fue presentada por Masahiro Sakurai.
Como hemos informado aquí en The Couch, se esperaba que el nuevo personaje fuera Dante de ‘Devil May Cry’, algo de lo que el mismo Sakurai (director de ‘Super Smash Bros. Ultimate’) estaba al tanto, pues pidió a la audiencia que no tuvieran resentimientos por no presentar al «personaje que todos esperaban».
En la presentación se pudo ver a Byleth batallando con los distintos luchadores que tiene este juego de lucha con récords de ventas en todo el mundo. El paquete descargable de este nuevo miembro incluirá la posibilidad de recorrer los alrededores del monasterio de su juego, con la misma música de fondo, y estará disponible a partir del 29 de enero de 2020.
Byleth se une a la lista de peleadores adicionales conformada por Joker de ‘Persona 5’, Hero de ‘Dragon Quest’, Banjo y Kazooie de ‘RareBanjo-Kazooie’ y Terry Bogard de ‘Fatal Fury’.
