Las dos secuelas previamente anunciadas ya tienen fecha para su estreno, 16 de noviembre del 2018 y 20 de noviembre del 2020, pero estas dos nuevas producciones no.
“Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them”, que cuenta con la participación de Eddie Redmayne, Katherine Waterston, Alison Sudol, Ezra Miller, Dan Fogler, Colin Farrell, Jenn Murray, Jon Voight, Carmen Ejogo, Gemma Chan y Faith Wood-Blagrove, se estrenará el 18 de noviembre del presente año.
