El comediante, actor y también presentador, Marc Maron, habló con el medio NME sobre su participación en la nueva película de Todd Phillips ‘The Joker’, en la cual actúa junto a Joaquin Phoenix y Robert De Niro.
Según Maron, este será un filme completamente distinto a los otros, ya que presentará una mirada más íntima y psicológica a los orígenes de Joker. «El enfoque que Todd Phillips ha tomado es más una historia de origen y un estudio del personaje de alguien mentalmente enfermo que se convierte en El Joker«, mencionó.
El comediante también se refirió a su experiencia compartiendo set con una figura tan importante como lo es De Niro. «Fue genial conocerlo y fue genial verlo trabajar. Se convierte en su personaje muy rápidamente; claro, es Robert De Niro. Las sutilezas de cómo hace lo que hace es innata y sorprendente de ver. Es un buen tipo y un poco tímido, pero fue una gran experiencia», añadió. También mencionó que a Joaquin Phoenix casi no tuvo la oportunidad de conocerlo, pues siempre estaba muy apartado de todos para mantenerse en su personaje.
‘The Joker’ será dirigida por Todd Phillips (‘The Hangover’, ‘War Dogs’) y se estaría exhibiendo en cines el 4 de octubre de 2019. El guion ha sido escrito por Phillips junto a Scott Silver (‘8 Mile’). Acá te dejamos algunas tomas que se han filtrado:

Today, I went to the beachfront with my children. I found a sea shell
