Luego de algunas filtraciones y noticias a medias que han estado rondando en la web en los últimos meses, por fin Sony fijó la fecha para un nuevo State of Play en el que informará las novedades oficiales, principalmente en cuanto a los juegos que se avecinan esta temporada navideña y de año nuevo. Este evento se transmitirá en YouTube, Facebook y Twitch el 10 de diciembre a las 15 horas.
Se esperan noticias concretas de títulos como ‘Ratched & Clank’, además de ‘Ape Escape’ y el posible remake de ‘Demon’s Souls’ de la compañía Bluepoint. También es bastante probable que se hable un poco más de ‘Ghost of Tsushima’, el nuevo juego ambientado en el Japón feudal de los creadores de ‘inFamous’, Sucker Punch.
Pero la mayor sorpresa, según analistas como Daniel Ahmad, podría ser la promoción del remake de ‘Resident Evil 3’, ya que aunque las apuestas eran que el juego se iba a anunciar oficialmente en The Game Awards, Ahmad intuye que Capcom podría adelantarse a los hechos por las filtraciones recientes de las carátulas del juego.
Y aunque muchos esperen novedades sobre la quinta generación de PlayStation, lo cierto que es que todo apunta a que esta no será la ocasión para que Sony se refiera a ello, lo más lógico es que más adelante lancen un State of Play exclusivo para anunciar todo lo referido a PS5.
