El pasado 17 de setiembre se llevó a cabo en los Ángeles California la ceremonia número 70 de los Emmy Awards, que premia lo mejor del prime time de la televisión.
Dentro de las series más vistas por el mundillo geek, podemos destacar los siguientes ganadores:
- Game of Thrones amplió su reinado como la producción televisiva más galardonada de todos los tiempos. La serie ya cuenta con 38 premios Emmy desde su estreno en 2011.
- Game of Thrones se ganó 9 Emmys entre ellos, la mejor serie de drama y mejor actor secundario por Peter Dinklage como Tyrion Lannister. En lo personal, yo no me explico cómo a la fecha Tyrion sigue considerándose como un personaje secundario.
- Black Mirror con su capítulo USS Callister fue ganadora de mejor película para TV, con Jesse Plemons nominado como mejor actor de serie limitada (es que ¡qué buen capítulo!, en serio, vayan a verlo).
