Los títulos de de la cuarta generación que se pueden actualizar para la quinta, se han ido lanzando de a poquitos (también hay que tomar en cuenta que no todas estas actualizaciones serán gratuitas) y es por eso que fue muy útil darnos cuenta de un detalle que nos mostró el evento Ubisoft Forward, con respecto a cómo reconocer los títulos disponibles para actualización.
Sony estará utilizando un sello en las carátulas de los juegos que tengan esta opción. El mensaje aparecerá en la parte inferior, junto a la clasificación por edades, y dirá lo siguiente: «PS5 Mejora disponible». En el Ubisoft Forward se pudo ver claramente con el caso de ‘Immortals Fenyx Rising’.
Sony sigue comprometido con promover que las demás desarrolladoras incluyan una actualización gratuita, pero aún son pocos los juegos anunciados con esta característica. Algunos de estos títulos más destacados hasta el momento, son ‘Marvel’s Avengers’, ‘Cyberpunk 2077’ y ‘Destiny 2’.
