La próxima entrega de la franquicia Transformers de Paramount Pictures ha revelado su título y lugar en la línea temporal de la franquicia.
Transformers: Rise of the Beasts está dirigida por Steven Caple Jr. y es una progresión en la línea de tiempo de Transformers, colocándola después de Bumblebee pero antes de las películas de Michael Bay. Rise of the Beasts también tendrá lugar en 1994 en la ciudad de Nueva York.
Algunos Autobots conocidos también obtendrán un rediseño en Transformers: Rise of the Beasts, incluido Optimus Prime, que luce su aspecto G1, y Bumblebee, que ahora toma la forma de un buggy. El villano principal de la película es el Decepticon Scourge. Otros Transformers que aparecerán incluyen Arcee, Mirage y Nightbird.
